Within six months of breaking ground on our US headquarters in midtown Manhattan, we've opened our San Francisco office. And our spot in the heart of the Financial District makes a clear statement: serving the global enterprise means having a presence in the epicenter for technology decision-making on the West Coast.

This is where many companies attempting to do what we do best are headquartered, where the deals happen, and where the talent we want to build with has chosen to work. For a company in the business of transforming how enterprises talk to their customers, being in San Francisco isn't optional anymore.

What we're building here

The SF office opens as a GTM hub: sales, marketing, business development, and forward deployed engineering under one roof. It's intentionally cross-functional at launch, because the conversations we're having with enterprise customers are rarely siloed. Additional teams will be joining over the next quarter as we continue to scale.

Why now

Enterprise AI adoption has quickly moved from "interesting experiment" to board-level priority. The appetite for agentic CX that can meaningfully handle real customer interactions at scale, not just demo well, has never been stronger. San Francisco is where many of those conversations are starting, and as an established innovator in the space, we want to lead those conversations.

What this means for our customers

If you're an existing Parloa customer or a prospect based on the West Coast, you now have a local team. That means faster relationships, more face time, and a team that can be on-site with you when it counts.

We’re hiring the best

If you're in San Francisco and want to work on AI that's actually changing how companies serve their customers, take a look at what we're building.

More to come from the West Coast!
